The Department of Ophthalmology, SDUMC, SDUAHER, successfully conducted a State Level CME on “Vision on the Edge: Rapid Recognition & Management of Ocular Emergencies” on 24th August 2026 at the 2nd Floor Conference Hall, G.H. Nagaraja Block, SDUMC, Kolar.

The CME featured eminent speakers who shared their expertise on ocular emergencies, ocular trauma, retinal emergencies, neuro-ophthalmic emergencies, and ocular innovations.

The programme concluded with an engaging PG Quiz and witnessed active participation from ophthalmology residents and optometry students, contributing to clinical learning and skill development in ophthalmic care.
