The Academy has a modern infrastructure and excellent physical facilities as per the norms of the regulatory bodies, including UGC, National Medical Council, and others, which are conducive to the delivery of good quality education, patient care, and research.

The R L Jalappa Hospital and Research Center, a tertiary-level health care institute of the Academy, serves as the facility for clinical teaching-learning activity for medical as well as Allied Health Sciences (AHS) students.
