The event was graced by Padma Shri Dr. Deshmane Vijayalaxmi, an eminent surgical oncologist, public health leader, and a symbol of excellence and an inspiration to many, who delivered an impactful Convocation Address.
The Hon’ble Chancellor Sri G.H. Nagaraja presided over the ceremony and conferred degrees upon 377 graduates, including:

🎖️ A total of 23 Founder President’s Gold Medals were awarded to academic toppers across postgraduate, undergraduate (MBBS), and Allied Health & Basic Sciences programs for their exemplary performance.
As a mark of honour and recognition, SDUAHER conferred the Doctor of Philosophy (Honoris Causa) on Sri Siddaramaiah, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Karnataka, for his remarkable contributions to public service, social justice, and leadership.
