The Department of Community Medicine, Sri Devaraj Urs Medical College, organized a pre-
conference workshop on “Leadership in Public Health” on 23rd July 2026 as part of the 36th
Karnataka State Community Health Conference (KACHCON 2026). A total of 50
participants attended the workshop. The workshop aimed to strengthen leadership
competencies among public health professionals by enhancing their understanding of
leadership principles, communication, teamwork, decision-making, and conflict management
through interactive learning activities.
