Adolescence is a period which is particularly vul- nerable for mental health affecting positively and negatively, with almost half of all mental disorders developing before the age of 18 years. According to World Health Organization (WHO), India possesses the largest adolescent population in the world but mental health data from Indian adolescents are sparse and inconsistent.
Training educators in recognizing early signs of mental health issues and strategies for interven- tion can be achieved through professional develop- ment workshops led by mental health professionals
