CBee LIVE is a capacity-building workshop curated specifically for medical students to equip them with essential soft skills that are often underrepresented in traditional medical education. Recognising that communication, leadership, negotiation, and critical thinking are as vital as clinical expertise, this workshop was designed to foster personal and professional development in a structured and meaningful way. Participants actively engaged in simulations, small group discussions, team-based tasks, and reflective exercises. Each session was designed not just to deliver theoretical concepts, but to translate them into real- world application—fostering both self-confidence and collaborative capability.
