The orientation program titled "Shubharambham" was organized to welcome incoming first-year B. Pharm students to RL Jalappa College of Pharmacy, SDUAHER, marking the commencement of their academic journey for the 2025-26 session. The event was designed to introduce new students and their parents to the college environment, academic expectations, campus resources, and support services. Through informative sessions and interactive activities, "Shubharambham" fostered a sense of belonging, encouraged personal and professional development, and helped students and parents understand the institution's vision, standards, and culture
