Free General Health Check-up Camp is an awareness event, which was conducted on the 24^th of July at First Grade degree college Mulbagal. The major goals of the General Health Check-Up camp were early detection and screening of disease, and taking the necessary steps to treat these issues.

The day started with Inauguration by Mulbagal MLA Samrudhi Manjunath, Dr.Prabhakar, Principal SDUMC, Dr.Sunil B N, Associate Professor, Dept. of Community Medicine SDUMC, Dr. Pradeep T S Associate Professor, Dept. of Community Medicine SDUMC,  Dr.G.Munivenkatappa, Principal Govt. First Grade College and Dr.Chaithra T, Medical Officer, RHTC, Devarayasamudra.

      Mulbagal MLA Samrudhi Manjunath, explained how Free Health Check-up camp is helpful to people as it provides free medical health check and medical advice and referral for specialized treatment. He appreciated R.L.Jalappa Hospital and Dept. of Community Medicine for conducting such free camps.

      Dr.Prabhakar.K. Principal, SDUMC explained the significance of Annual Screening. He spoke about facilities available for camp patients and also advised students to take care of their physical and mental health.

     Dr.G.Munivenkatappa Principal First Degree College, Mulbagal, thanked R L Ralappa Hospital and the Department of Community Medicine for conducting Free Health Camps. He advised the audience to practice healthy diet, exercise and Yoga in their daily lives.
