3. All Submissions must be Original and innovative.
4. Any plagiarised content will lead to immediate disqualification.
5. All abstracts to be submitted by 20 July 2025
6. Max. word limit - 350; Font - Times New Roman; Size - 14 for title & 12 for abstract. 

Guidelines & Protocols For the participants of IDEATHON’25

Event Phases

Participants must submit their original project proposals by 20th July 2025 via the submission form.
The top 20 proposals will be shortlisted based on innovation, feasibility, and alignment with the event theme.
Shortlisted teams will present their ideas to a panel of judges. Finalists will be selected based on pitch quality and impact potential.

Judging Criteria

Innovation and Creativity: Originality and uniqueness of the concept.
Feasibility and Scalability: Practicality and potential to expand or adapt.
Presentation and Communication: Clarity and structure in conveying the idea.
Impact Potential: Ability to address real-world challenges or inspire meaningful change.

Code of Conduct

Participantsmust maintain professionalism and integrity throughout the event.
All team members must adhere to deadlines and event protocols.
All submissions remain the intellectual property of the original creators.
By submitting, participants grant the organizers a license to use the content for promotion, documentation, or educational purposes, with proper credit.
