Background / Introduction

Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) are legal protections granted to creators and inventors to safeguard their original works, inventions, and brands. These rights enable individuals and businesses to control the use of their intellectual creations and to benefit financially from them. Understanding and respecting intellectual property rights is essential in today’s knowledge-driven economy.

In view of the above, the Intellectual Property Rights Cell, SDUAHER, organized an Institutional level workshop for faculty on “Intellectual Property Rights” on 22/09/2024
