Dr. Ashwini N S welcomed the students for the gathering.
Purpose:
The "Be an Innovator: Join the Movement" lecture was designed to introduce undergraduate MBBS
students to the concepts of innovation and incubation, and to inspire them to become innovators.
The session aimed to:
 Define innovation and incubation.  
 Explain the importance of innovation.  
 Discuss the role of incubation centres and higher education in fostering innovation.  
 Highlight the National Innovation and Start-up Policy (NISP) and the Institution's
Innovation Council (IIC).  
 Showcase success stories of innovative companies.  
 Outline the steps to create an incubation ecosystem and the benefits of innovation for
students.
